Real Estate Photography - "Amazing work sir. I'm speechless. That video and music behind it is genius."

Pole Aerial Photography. I don't use drones at this point, because the FAA has their panties in a twist. Hoping proposed regulations are implemented this fall. However, you don't need a drone for elevated stills.

Love receiving a text from my client who appreciates the thought and hard work in marketing a home for lease or sale.

I spent last week photographing several homes throughout Virginia. I love the interior/architectural work. It can be technically challenging at times and deserves some thought on how to best get potential buyers emotionally involved.

But it sure gives me the "warm and fuzzies" when clients take the time to appreciate the effort.

Are you a real estate agent? Are you having your homes professionally photographed? It matters.

Here's why; I photographed a home last month that had been on the market for 60 days with "little traction" as described by the home owner. Their agent had photographed the home themselves and didn't see the point of professional photography  So, the home owner hired me and payed for the shoot themselves. I shot the house did the post production and emailed the photos and a video to the client. They in turn forwarded the photos to the agent and he relisted the home with the professional photographs. 3 days later the home is under contract.

I don't sell homes. I build your brand.
