• Pricing is valid for licensed real estate agents.

• All files are delivered via digital download and MLS optimized. (2048px)

• All files are delivered next business morning, unless otherwise agreed upon..

• Be prepared to pay on the day of the shoot via Cash, Check, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express

• Prior to photography we will take a walk through and determine the areas that are a priority to be photographed.

• The exterior and major areas of the home are the usual priority for photography. Garages are not normally photographed unless there are unique features that should be covered. Packages include a set number of images Additional images may incur additional charges.

• If cancellation or rescheduling is necessary, please provide 24 hours notice via phone at 804-276-2679 otherwise a $100 cancellation fee will apply.

• Incidental charges such as; parking tolls etc., will be billed to the client

• Areas more than 20 minutes one way will incur additional charges.

• Copyright-All photos are copyright Irving Harris-The Client is granted a limited license to use the images for any purpose regarding the property with its current sale. Any usage of photos to a third party such as; other real estate agent, architect, designer, builder, etc. is strictly prohibited.
